Method
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add all the dry spices and whisk until evenly combined.
- Stir in the hot sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled as a dip, dressing, or sauce.

- For a milder version, reduce cayenne and chilli powder.
