- 2¾ cups reduced-fat mayonnaise (Kraft preferred)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 7 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream (Cabot Light preferred)
- 2½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon fresh Italian parsley, minced
- 1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (low sodium if available)
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
- ½ teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon fresh basil, minced
Mix dry mustard and cold water in a small bowl to form a paste. Let sit for 10 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
