Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and pure cane sugar.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is warm (but not boiling).
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the creamer cool to room temperature, then transfer to a sealed container.
- Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use.
